Mmm, and the series currently sits at 1-1. I'm rooting for the Tampas, personally. They're the feel-good story of the year in baseball, and I would feel good if they won...

Ack, they are evil residents of the AL East. Where's your sense of "WE ARE TORONTO" pride?

Jamie A. Grant said...

My "WE ARE TORONTO" pride is allocated to the Raptors. ;)

And besides, don't you root for an NHL team besides the Leafs? Where's your T.O. pride?

Hah. The big difference of course being that I don't live in TO. You do (as you continually remind me often ;))

And it's now 3-1 Phillies, with a chance to close it out with their ace tonight.

Yes, I noted the 3-1 series lead. My dad reminded me yesterday that the winner from TB's league was supposed to tbe the favourite because it's a much tougher league but that doesn't seem to be panning out so far...

And actually, I live in Mississauga, not Toronto. It's a notch above Brantford, a notch below Burlington and no one here mistakes it for Toronto... ;)

Oh, I'm aware it's in Mississauga, but you always told me how cool it was going to be to be living in Toronto, so I was always a bit confused...:)

Glad you have now learned that it is not possible to mistake the two from eachother!

Huh, that's funny. I guess I'm the only one that mistook Mississauga for TDot. I don't really remember talking about how great it was going to be. I just remember disliking the idea of being away from Cam so often before our wedding. Interesting...

It kind of ended with Phillies in 5.5 games, didn't it? Good call on your part...
